When you meet someone for the first time, the automatic question is often, “What do you do?”
I believe the answer to that question is the key to starting a relationship with your next customer, client, or employer.
How you answer the “what you do” question is your key to building the relationship. Everyone you meet is looking for help with their “problem.” And they’re looking for someone like you to help them solve it effectively.
However, it’s tough to answer that question with authority and authenticity. I don’t believe it has to be that way. My job is to assist you in clearly and effectively communicate how you help clients, customers, and potential employers.
I’ve spent more than 13 years in marketing communications – on the trade show floor, on the phone, and on the page.
